New Enterprise Associates Invests $17.5 Million In Supernus Pharmaceuticals
BALTIMORE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 12, 2006--New Enterprise Associates (NEA) today announced that it has invested $17.5 million in Rockville, Maryland-based Supernus Pharmaceuticals. Supernus, a newly formed specialty pharmaceutical company, announced the acquisition of substantially all the assets of Shire Laboratories Inc. (SLI), a subsidiary of Shire plc.
