New CEO Named For Germany's Merck KGaA
FRANKFURT, Germany (AP) -- German drugmaker Merck KGaA said Wednesday it appointed Vice Chairman Karl-Ludwig Kley as chief executive, succeeding Michael Roemer. Kley, currently vice chairman of the board, will assume his new post on April 27, the company said.
