Neuroscience Therapy Corporation Announces Share Purchase Agreement With Nashville Records, Inc.
LAS VEGAS, NV, Feb. 9 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - Neuroscience Therapy Corp. announced that they have entered into a Share Purchase Agreement with Nashville Records, Inc., a Tennessee Corporation. The Agreement was made and entered into on the 8th day of February, 2007 by and between Nashville Records, Inc, and Neuroscience Therapy Corporation, a Nevada corporation. Both parties have signed the agreement.
Nashville Records, Inc. is a corporation formed in the State of Tennessee, which now owns Nashville Records Label(TM). The business is headquartered in the heart of Music Row in Nashville. The key management team consists of strong industry individuals that were dissatisfied with the direction the music industry was headed and decided to join forces. In the past the management team combined, was responsible for sales well into the billions of dollars and are credited for hundreds of charted hits. Management will retain established hit generating artists and add new artists as well, through their unique marketing strategies.
