VANCOUVER, June 20, 2014 /PRNewswire/ - Neovasc Inc. ("Neovasc" or the "Company") (NASDAQ: NVCN) (TSXV: NVC) today announced that effective at market opening on June 23, 2014, Neovasc's common shares will commence trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange (the "TSX") under the Company's current trading symbol of "NVC".

The Neovasc common shares will continue to trade under CUSIP #64065J106 and ISIN #CA64065J1066. Upon commencement of trading on the TSX, the Company's common shares will be delisted from the TSX Venture Exchange.
