SAN DIEGO, Nov. 28 /PRNewswire/ -- Naviscan PET Systems, Inc., a privately held company that develops and manufactures high-resolution Positron Emission Tomography (PET) scanners, announced today that it will relocate its headquarters and commercialization efforts to San Diego, California.
