Natus Medical Incorporated Announces 2012 Third Quarter Financial Results

SAN CARLOS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Natus Medical Incorporated (Nasdaq:BABY) today announced financial results for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2012. For the third quarter ended September 30, 2012, the Company reported revenue of $80.7 million, compared to $51.3 million in the comparable quarter of the previous year. Net loss was $1.9 million, or a net loss of $0.07 per share, compared with net income of $154,000 or $0.01 per diluted share for the third quarter of 2011. For the nine months ended September 30, 2012, the Company reported revenue of $201.2 million, compared to $168.5 million in the comparable period of the previous year. Net loss was $1.1 million, or $0.04 per share, compared with net income of $5.6 million, or $0.19 per diluted share, for the nine months ended September 30, 2011.
