Natus Medical Incorporated Announces 2012 Second Quarter Financial Results

SAN CARLOS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Natus Medical Incorporated (NASDAQ:BABY) today announced financial results for the three and six months ended June 30, 2012. For the second quarter ended June 30, 2012, the Company reported revenue of $61.0 million, compared to $58.1 million in the comparable quarter of the previous year. Net income was $445,000, or $0.01 per diluted share, compared with net income of $2.4 million, or $0.08 per diluted share for the second quarter of 2011.
