NanoString Technologies Prices Initial Public Offering

June 25, 2013 -- NanoString Technologies, Inc., a provider of life science tools for translational research and molecular diagnostic products, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 5.4 million shares of common stock at a price to the public of $10.00 per share. In addition, the Company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 810,000 shares to cover over-allotments, if any.

The bookrunning managers of the offering are J.P. Morgan and Morgan Stanley, and the co-managers are Leerink Swann and Robert W. Baird & Co. Incorporated. NanoString Technologies common stock will trade on The NASDAQ Global Market under the symbol "NSTG."
