MPI Research Congratulates Dr. David Serota, Incoming President of the American College of Toxicology

MATTAWAN, Mich.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--MPI Research is pleased to announce that David Serota, PhD, DABT, Senior Vice President of Drug Safety Development and Senior Principal Study Director, will serve as the 2012 American College of Toxicology (ACT) President. Dr. Serota has been a member of ACT since 1981 and served a three-year term on the Membership Committee, a three-year term as Councilor, one year as Vice President, and one year as President-Elect. During his role as Vice President he chaired the Awards Committee, and most recently chaired the Program Committee as President-Elect. Dr. Serota received his undergraduate degree in pharmacy from Auburn University in 1969 and his doctorate in toxicology from the University of Tennessee Medical Center in 1976.
