MIT Holding Inc. Hires Chief Controller/Assistant CFO In Corporate Offices

SAVANNAH, Ga.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--MIT (OTCBB:MITD) is pleased to announce the hiring of Bob Yates to assume the position of Chief Controller/Assistant CFO. Mr. Yates brings over 30 years experience as a CPA. A 1978 graduate of San Jose State University with a BS degree in Accounting, Mr. Yates began his career with Arthur Young & Co. as an auditor in Silicon Valley and was an internal auditor with Western Electric and Ampex Corporation. Bob became a Certified Public Accountant in 1980. Mr. Yates has held management accounting positions with Pacific Health Alliance in Burlingame, CA and United Rentals, Inc. in Modesto, California and Chief Financial Officer of C.L. Bryant, Inc. which was an oil and gas distributor with $250 million in annual sales. He relocated to Savannah, Ga in 2006 and after a brief retirement, returned to the workforce and joined MIT in April, 2008 on a temporary basis and joined the company in September of 2008 as Assistant CFO.
