BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 17, 2005--Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C. today announced that it represented TransForm Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in the negotiation of the recently announced agreement for its acquisition. The cash-for-stock transaction is valued at approximately $230 million.
Mintz Levin attorneys Jeff Wiesen, Chris Jones, Dan Kajunski and Wendy Silverman, with assistance from Mike Lieberman, Yee Wah Chin and Kate Walsh, counseled TransForm Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a Lexington, MA-based, privately held company that specializes in the discovery of superior formulations and novel crystalline forms of drug molecules.
