Middle East Expansion for IKS International

March 2012 -- Following successful discussions at Arab Health 2012, IKS International (Rosmalen, the Netherlands) has secured its first major contract in the UAE, to supply a XiltriX® laboratory monitoring system to an IVF laboratory in Dubai. According to IKS Managing Director Stephen Tierney, a recommendation from an existing Xiltrix user in Belgium was instrumental in securing the contract.

“This is how we like to grow our business,” said Tierney, “by building on our expanding user base of satisfied customers. The UAE is focusing on healthcare at the present time, and we hope to conclude another significant contract in Abu Dhabi in the near future. Furthermore we will soon be opening our own office in the UAE, to further expand our activity in this growing market and to confirm our commitment to supporting these new customers.”
