Merck & Co., Inc. Says US Looking into its Foreign Activities
Reuters -- Merck and Co Inc (MRK.N) said in a regulatory filing on Friday that it had received letters from the Department of Justice and U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission requesting information about the company's activities in foreign countries.
