Memry Corporation Reschedules Special Meeting of Shareholders for September 29

BETHEL, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Memry Corporation (AMEX:MRY), an American Stock Exchange listed company focused on high-value engineering of nitinol-based and polymer-based next generation products for the medical device industry, announced today that it has rescheduled the date from September 17, 2008 to September 29, 2008 for the special meeting of shareholders to vote on the approval and adoption of the Agreement and Plan of Merger by Memry Corporation, SAES Getters S.p.A., and SAES Devices Corp. in which SAES Devices Corp. will be merged into Memry Corporation with Memry Corporation as the surviving corporation.
