Medwave Inc. to Cease Trading on NASDAQ Capital Market

ARDEN HILLS, Minn., July 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Medwave, Inc. announced today that beginning on Tuesday, July 17, 2007, shares of its common stock will be quoted on the Pink Sheets LLC, rather than the OTC Bulletin Board. As announced on July 6, 2007, because the Company's common stock had fallen below the NASDAQ Capital Market's minimum bid price standard for continued listing, NASDAQ notified the Company of its decision to suspend trading effective at the opening of business on July 17, 2007.
