MediGene AG's Subsidiary "Trianta Immunotherapies" Renamed "Medigene Immunotherapies"

Martinsried/Munich, 7 November, 2014. Medigene AG (MDG1, Frankfurt, Prime Standard) announces that its wholly owned subsidiary Trianta Immunotherapies GmbH has been renamed "Medigene Immunotherapies GmbH". Medigene acquired this company, a spin-off of the Helmholtz Zentrum Munich, in January 2014.

Dr. Frank Mathias, Chief Executive Officer of Medigene AG, comments: "The acquisition of Trianta resulted in a new focus of Medigene concentrating on the development of innovative immunotherapies.
