Medicis Declares Cash Dividend
Medicis (NYSE:MRX) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarter-end cash dividend of $0.025 per issued and outstanding share of its Common Stock payable on July 30, 2004, to stockholders of record at the close of business on July 1, 2004. The amount of the dividend is consistent with prior quarters as adjusted for the 2 for 1 stock split paid by Medicis on January 23, 2004.
