MEDA Acquires Additional OTC Products in the US from GlaxoSmithKline for 180 MSEK

GÖTEBORG, Sweden--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Regulatory News: Meda (STO:MEDAA.st - News) has acquired two additional and well established Over-The-Counter consumer products in the US from GlaxoSmithKline LLC (“GSK”). During December 2010, Meda acquired three other OTC products from GSK.

Total annual sales for the two newly acquired products are about 80 MSEK, with strong profit margins. The purchase price was about 180 MSEK.
