SuperDimension Inc., a firm that's developed a way to road-map lung tissue, has raised almost $21 million in venture capital and plans to grow its Twin Cities operations. The company's technology helps doctors detect and treat lung cancer early by translating a CT scan into a three-dimensional map of the lungs.
