SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--McKesson Corporation (NYSE:MCK) announced that it has completed the previously announced acquisition of the independent banner and franchise businesses of Katz Group Canada Inc. in an all cash transaction that closed March 25th, 2012.
