Marsha Fanucci Named To FORMA Therapeutics, Inc. Board Of Directors

FORMA Therapeutics today announced the appointment of Marsha H. Fanucci, former Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Millennium Pharmaceuticals to the company’s Board of Directors. Since February 2014, Ms. Fanucci has served as Senior Financial Advisor to FORMA, contributing to strategic and operational financial planning. She will also serve as Chair of FORMA’s Audit Committee.
