Mark Lagunowich Promoted To Vice President, Sales And Marketing At NetRegulus

CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 16, 2003--In a move reflective of its rapid growth in the industry, NetRegulus today announced the promotion of Mark Lagunowich to the newly created position of Vice President, Sales and Marketing. Lagunowich joined the company, a leading provider of software solutions for the life sciences industry, in 2000 as Senior Sales Director for the Eastern Region.

Lagunowich brings more than 17 years of sales and marketing experience in the medical, manufacturing, and software industries to his new role. Prior to joining NetRegulus, he was director of Sales at HealthShare Technology, where he spearheaded the sales effort to convert the company from a traditional software organization to an internet-based provider of information technology. Lagunowich's highly successful sales career in the life sciences industry began with his work at Johnson & Johnson's Vistakon unit in 1991 and continued at Allergan, Inc., where he served from 1994-1998, before moving to HealthShare Technology. Lagunowich holds a BA in Policy Management from Dickinson College.
