CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 16, 2003--In a move reflective of its rapid growth in the industry, NetRegulus today announced the promotion of Mark Lagunowich to the newly created position of Vice President, Sales and Marketing. Lagunowich joined the company, a leading provider of software solutions for the life sciences industry, in 2000 as Senior Sales Director for the Eastern Region.

Lagunowich brings more than 17 years of sales and marketing experience in the medical, manufacturing, and software industries to his new role. Lagunowich's highly successful sales career in the life sciences industry began with his work at Johnson & Johnson's Vistakon unit in 1991 and continued at Allergan, Inc., where he served from 1994-1998, before moving to HealthShare Technology. Lagunowich holds a BA in Policy Management from Dickinson College.

"Over the last few years, our market share has expanded enormously in this very specialized business," says Mark Schaub, CEO of NetRegulus. "We've worked hard to make our software solutions the best in the industry, and our record shows we're on the right track. With Mark Lagunowich at the helm of sales and marketing, we're confident we'll continue our rapid growth. I can't think of a better person for the job."
