Man in $80 Million Eli Lilly and Company Warehouse Theft to Plead Guilty

A second brother charged in the theft of about $80 million in prescription drugs from an Eli Lilly and Co. warehouse in Connecticut in 2010 plans to plead guilty, his attorney says.

Amed Villa plans to plead guilty to federal theft and conspiracy charges, said his attorney, Jonathan J. Einhorn. A change of plea hearing scheduled for Monday for Villa was postponed to July 1.
