MAKO Surgical Corp. Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering

LAUDERDALE, Fla., Feb. 14, 2008 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- MAKO Surgical Corp. announced today the initial public offering of 5,100,000 shares of its common stock at a price of $10.00 per share, all of which shares are being offered by MAKO Surgical Corp. MAKO Surgical Corp. and a selling stockholder have granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 698,333 shares and 66,667 shares, respectively, at the initial public offering price to cover over-allotments, if any. MAKO Surgical Corp.'s common stock will trade on the NASDAQ Global Market under the trading symbol ``MAKO''.

J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. and Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering, and Cowen and Company, LLC and Wachovia Capital Markets, LLC are acting as co-lead managers for the offering.
