Lumera Corporation Announces DARPA SBIR Contract

BOTHELL, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Lumera Corporation (NASDAQ:LMRA), a leader in the field of photonic communications, announced today that it has been awarded a Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) phase I Small Business Innovation Research contract in the amount of $98,933 to design and fabricate polymer devices. Upon successful completion of certain milestones, Lumera could receive a subsequent contract in the range of $750,000.
