L'Oreal To Meet Over Sanofi Bid For Aventis
The board of French cosmetics group L'Oreal (OREP.PA: Quote, Profile, Research) , a major shareholder of drugmaker Sanofi (SASY.PA: Quote, Profile, Research) , will meet on Friday to discuss a bid by Sanofi for its rival, Aventis (AVEP.PA: Quote, Profile, Research) , the Financial Times said on its Web site on Thursday.
