Lipid Sciences, Inc. Reports Financial Results for the Fourth Quarter and Year-End 2007

PLEASANTON, CA--(Marketwire - March 28, 2008) - Lipid Sciences, Inc. (NASDAQ: LIPD) today reported financial results for the fourth quarter and the year ending December 31, 2007. For the fourth quarter of 2007, the Company reported a net loss of $4.2 million, or $0.11 per share on a basic and diluted basis. This compares with a net loss of $2.7 million, or $0.08 per share, on a basic and diluted basis, for the same period in 2006.
