Workers at a plant in Italy Haemonetics sue the blood management company over its plan to shutter the facility. Haemonetics (NYSE:HAE) said workers at a plant in Italy it's planning to close as part of its global restructuring sued the blood management company in February. The closure of the plant in Ascoli-Piceno, Italy, is part of a series of moves that includes closures for plants in Haemonetics' home town of Braintree, Mass., as well as a facility in Scotland.
