Kannapolis Seeks $168.4M in Biotech Bonds
The city of Kannapolis will seek $168.4 million in self-financing bonds to fund projects related to the N.C. Research Campus.
Projects include water lines, infrastructure improvements, parks and a pedestrian tunnel.
City Council members could vote on the plan next week or at a May 7 meeting.
