Juvent, Inc. Release: $2.8 Million National Institutes of Health (NIH) Grant Received By Children's Hospital of Philadelphia

SOMERSET, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Juvent, Inc., a leading developer of non-invasive, therapeutic medical devices utilizing Dynamic Motion Therapy® (DMT) technology, announced today that the National Institutes of Health has awarded a grant of approximately $2.8 million to The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) to fund a clinical study of the effect of Juvent’ DMT technology upon the bone loss experienced by children with Crohn’s disease. Children’s Hospital pediatric nephrologist Mary B. Leonard, M.D. will serve as the study’s Principal Investigator.
