Johnson & Johnson to Transition Select Operations and Staff from Memphis Distribution Center to FedEx

Johnson & Johnson Health Care System’s Memphis distribution center is transitioning operations to a third-party logistics company that FedEx Corp. bought for $1.4 billion in 2014.

“In response to changing business needs, Johnson & Johnson will transition select operations and personnel at its Memphis Logistics Center (MLC) to GENCO, a FedEx company,” said Jennifer Taylor, director of Communication for Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems Inc.
