Johnson & Johnson Subsidiary Wants Off Monopolist List

The Moscow Commercial Court will review on September 24 a Johnson & Johnson (J&J) subsidiary's lawsuit against the antitrust watchdogs order to include the company on its monopolist list, the court told the Russian Legal Information Agency (RAPSI/rapsinews.com). Under the watchdog's April 16 order, Cilag GmbH International was placed on the list of companies having an over 50 percent market share. In the watchdog's view, the company holds more than 50 percent of the market for one-touch test strip blood glucose monitoring systems.
