Intersect ENT Files S-1 Registration Statement For Proposed Public Offering

MENLO PARK, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Intersect ENT, Inc. (NASDAQ:XENT), a company dedicated to improving the quality of life for patients with ear, nose and throat conditions, today filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed underwritten public offering of 3,000,000 shares of its common stock to be sold by the company. In addition, the company expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 450,000 shares of common stock from the company.
