(Nasdaq:INCR) (the “Company”), a leading global Phase I to Phase IV contract research organization, today announced that certain of its existing stockholders, namely affiliates of Avista Capital Partners, L.P. and affiliates of Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan, intend to offer for sale in an underwritten secondary offering 8,000,000 shares of the Company’s Class A common stock pursuant to the Company’s shelf registration statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”). INC Research will not receive any proceeds from the sale of the shares by the selling stockholders in this offering.
