LOS ANGELES, March 11, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- ImmunoCellular Therapeutics, Ltd. (NYSE MKT: IMUC) ("ImmunoCellular" or the "Company") today announced that it will hold its 2014 Annual Meeting of Stockholders on Friday, June 13, 2014. Because the expected meeting date for the 2014 Annual Meeting represents a change of more than thirty days from the anniversary of the Company's 2013 annual meeting of stockholders held on September 20, 2013, the Company has set a new deadline for the receipt of stockholder proposals submitted pursuant to Rule 14a-8 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the "Exchange Act") for inclusion in the Company's proxy materials for the 2014 Annual Meeting.
