PORTLAND, ME--(Marketwire - March 17, 2011) - ImmuCell Corporation (NASDAQ: ICCC) today announced that it has entered into a sales and marketing collaboration with Agri Laboratories Ltd. of St. Joseph, Missouri.
The AgriLabs sales and marketing teams will work with ImmuCell to expand market demand for First Defense®. All sales generated by the collaborative sales and marketing efforts will continue to be shipped and billed by ImmuCell through the existing distribution channels at current prices.

The AgriLabs national marketing network consists of 20 independent distributors operating approximately 125 branch locations with more than 700 sales representatives. AgriLabs has developed and markets more than 750 products through its own branded product lines. The AgriLabs sales team is comprised of approximately 22 well-trained, experienced professionals that cover the United States.
