ImClone Systems Incorporated (NASDAQ: IMCL) announced today that the Company has named Michael J. Howerton Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Since May 2003, Mr. Howerton has served as ImClone Systems' Vice President, Finance and Business Development and acting Chief Financial Officer and prior to that, as the Company's Vice President, Business Development.
