BURBANK, CA--(Marketwired - May 29, 2013) -

Imaging3™, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: IMGGQ), developer of a breakthrough medical imaging device that produces 3D medical diagnostic images of virtually any part of the human body in real-time, announced today that on Tuesday May 21st and Wednesday May 22nd, 2013 the US Central District Bankruptcy Court held a plan confirmation hearing and confirmed the company's plan of reorganization.

"We look forward to moving out of the bankruptcy process and working towards getting Imaging3 fully reporting and compliant with SEC reporting requirements," stated Chairman/CEO Dean Janes. "We have a good deal of work ahead of us towards becoming a fully reporting public company as well as working towards resubmitting our 510k application with the FDA.
