Imaging Dynamics Company Announces New Board Chairman

CALGARY, June 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - Imaging Dynamics Company Ltd. ("IDC" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Jerry C. Cirino as Chairman of the Board at its annual general meeting on June 13th. Mr Cirino replaces interim Chairman Mr. Erwin Schwarz, who will resume his role as a director on the Board.

Mr. Cirino brings a breadth of experience in the healthcare and medical imaging industry in both the public and private sector. Mr. Cirino served as Executive Vice President of Marconi Medical Systems, a global supplier of medical products and equipment that was acquired by Philips Medical. He also served as President and CEO of SourceOne Healthcare Technologies, the largest imaging supply company in North America and most recently served as President and CEO of Imalux Corporation, a medical device company. Mr Cirino is currently a Director on a number of Medical Boards.

Mr. Cirino obtained his bachelor's degree and MBA from Lake Erie College. He has received numerous awards for his distinguished contributions to society and speaks regularly on the topics of manufacturing, innovation, and strategic planning.
