Imaging Contract-Research Pioneer, Donald P. Rosen, MD, Named CEO of ACR Image Metrix

PHILADELPHIA, March 20, 2012 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- The American College of Radiology (ACR) has named medical imaging contract-research pioneer and distinguished physician, Donald P. Rosen, MD, chief executive officer of ACR Image Metrix(TM). Image Metrix is a leading imaging contract research organization (CRO) and for-profit subsidiary of the ACR.

Rosen has more than 30 years of experience in radiology, including contract research and business development. He co-founded RadPharm, Inc., one of the first imaging CROs, in 1998 and served as its Co-CEO, board member and Chief Strategy Officer until 2008. Rosen has served on the Board of Albert Einstein Healthcare Network in Philadelphia, PA, the American Cancer Society and the Breast Cancer Resource Center in Princeton, NJ.
