Illumina Completes Acquisition Of GenoLogics Life Sciences Software Inc.
SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Illumina, Inc. (NASDAQ: ILMN) today announced it has completed the acquisition of GenoLogics Life Science Software Inc., a developer of industry leading laboratory information management systems (LIMS) for life sciences organizations.
