I-trax, Inc. Chairman Frank A. Martin Named Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year

CHADDS FORD, Penn., June 28 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- I-trax, Inc. , the leader in integrated health and productivity management, today announced that Frank A. Martin, the company's chairman, received the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year(R) 2006 award. Mr. Martin received the award for the Business Services category in the Greater Philadelphia Region.

The Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year award recognizes leaders and visionaries who are creating and building world-class businesses. Selected by an independent panel of judges, these entrepreneurs have demonstrated excellence and extraordinary success in such areas as innovation, financial performance and personal commitment to their business and communities. Mr. Martin was presented with the award at a special 20th anniversary gala event at the Hyatt Regency, Penn's Landing on June 22. Mr. Martin is now eligible for consideration for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year 2006 national program to be announced in November.

As I-trax's chairman, Mr. Martin is actively engaged in the company's strategic business development, shareholder relations and key client relationships. Previously, Mr. Martin served as I-trax's chief executive officer and president. He has been involved with I-trax's predecessors in various executive capacities since 1997. Mr. Martin is a founder and managing director of the Nantucket Group, LLC, an early stage healthcare venture capital firm. Prior to Nantucket, Mr. Martin founded, built and sold two healthcare companies, one in the long-term care industry, and the other a healthcare information technology company that developed pharmaceutical software for physicians' offices, Physician Dispensing Systems, Inc. (PDS). Mr. Martin sold PDS to Allscripts, Inc. in December 1996, and joined its board of directors where he remained until 1998. Mr. Martin was chief executive officer of EduNeering, Inc., a Nantucket portfolio and educational technology company serving the pharmaceutical and managed care industries, from April 1999 to April 2000, when the company was sold. Mr. Martin was also in the investment banking industry for a number of years prior to starting PDS.
