Humanetics Receives $3.8 Million from U.S. Department of Defense to Continue Development of Medical Radiation Countermeasures

MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Building on Humanetics Corporation’s early success in developing promising Medical Radiation Countermeasures to protect against the harmful effects of ionizing radiation, the U.S. Congress has awarded the Company an additional $3.8 million from the FY 2008 Defense Appropriations Act, which was signed by President George W. Bush today.
