How to Transform a "Culture of No" into a "Culture of Yes"

By Edward Marshall -- Gandhi said, "Be the change you want." For business he might say, "Know you can create the change needed." That's hard, though, when the leadership whose support is needed doesn't want to change and seems to cling tenaciously to the deck chairs of the Titanic. So what do you do? The data to support the change is there. Managers know the change is critical, as does the work force. The momentum is there. But then the crucial leader says, "No."
