How to Answer a Behavioural Based Interview Question

24hrs.ca -- There are many things to keep in mind when preparing for a job interview: posture, gestures, communication, eye contact etc. But, the question I constantly receive from job seekers on a regular basis is: “How do I respond to the interviewer when being asked or “Interrogated” using a behavioural based interview question?” My advice is to prepare yourself prior to going to a job interview by remembering all past successes. Remember, the interviewers want to hear about you and what you have done in the past, not what you have done on a regular basis or under strict direction of a past manager. Success stories will quickly capture a job interviewer’s attention and leave an impression. If the success story is relevant to the current position, the job interviewers will be salivating with the thought of giving you a job opportunity.
