Horizon Pharma Announces Pricing Of Public Offering Of Ordinary Shares

DUBLIN, IRELAND--(Marketwired - April 15, 2015) - Horizon Pharma plc (NASDAQ: HZNP), a specialty biopharmaceutical company focused on improving patients' lives by identifying, developing, acquiring and commercializing differentiated products that address unmet medical needs, today announced the pricing of its underwritten public offering of 15,350,000 of its ordinary shares at a price to the public of $28.25 per share. The net proceeds to Horizon from this offering are expected to be approximately $413.1 million, after deducting underwriting discounts and other offering expenses payable by Horizon. Horizon has also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 2,302,500 ordinary shares. The offering is expected to close on or about April 21, 2015, subject to customary closing conditions.
