Hologic Announces Financial Results For Third Quarter Of Fiscal 2017

MARLBOROUGH, Mass., Aug. 2, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Hologic, Inc. (Nasdaq: HOLX) announced today the Company's financial results for the fiscal third quarter ended July 1, 2017. GAAP diluted earnings per share (EPS) of $0.21 decreased (30.0%) compared to the prior year period, while non-GAAP diluted EPS of $0.50 decreased (2.0%). Revenue of $806.1 million increased 12.4%, or 13.1% in constant currency terms.
