("Heat Biologics", "Heat" or the "Company") (NASDAQ: HTBX), a clinical stage biopharmaceutical company focused on the development of novel cancer immunotherapies, announced today that Jeff Wolf, Chief Executive Officer, will be presenting at the Third Annual Marcum MicroCap Conference at 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time on Thursday, May 29, 2014 at the Grand Hyatt New York.

Mr. Wolf will discuss the Company's outlook and review the recent progress of Heat's lung and bladder cancer immunotherapy clinical development programs. Mr. Wolf will also be available to participate in one-on-one meetings with investors attending the conference.
