HEALTHSOUTH Declares Dividend On 6.5% Series A Convertible Perpetual Preferred Stock

BIRMINGHAM, Ala., Dec. 26 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- HealthSouth Corporation (NYSE: HLS - News) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly dividend of $16.25 per share on its 6.5% Series A Convertible Perpetual Preferred Stock, payable on January 16, 2007, to holders of record on January 2, 2007.
