Health Diagnostic Laboratory Inc. Names Scott Blackwell Vice President of Corporate Culture
RICHMOND, Va., April 3, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Health Diagnostic Laboratory, Inc. (HDL, Inc.), a leader in health management, has announced the hiring of Scott Blackwell. Recently named Vice President of Corporate Culture, Blackwell will oversee the unique culture, vision, and values of an advanced laboratory that is growing on average of 5-8% per week.

Blackwell, who holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification, attended Senior Human Resources Management programs at Cornell University and the Center for Creative Leadership. He holds a degree from the University of Virginia. He holds multiple board positions, such as Chair-Elect of Leadership Metro Richmond, Art 180, and 1708 Gallery.
